This 3-year course is designed to provide students with a better platform and basic knowledge about international business. Students will be exposed to all dimensions of international business, ranging from international business theories, national and international environment, international legislation, international management and other related aspects. Equipped with the international perspective, the students will be expected to understand the implications of international business on their future organisation strategies, structure and functions, particularly in the face of the fast growing pace of globalisation.

Admission Requirements (Minimum Qualification)
STPM Candidates
  • Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or its equivalent
  • Credit in Bahasa Melayu/Bahasa Malaysia at SPM level or its equivalent (A pass with at least Grade C (CGPA 2.00) in Bahasa Melayu/Malay Literature at STPM level can be accepted as a substitute for the credit in Bahasa Melayu/Bahasa Malaysia in the SPM or its equivalent)
  • Pass at one sitting in the STPM examination at least;
    • i. Grade C (CGPA 2.00) in General Knowledge Studies (Pengajian Am); and
    ii. Grade C (CGPA 2.00) in two other subjects
  • Taken the Malaysian University English Test (MUET)
Matriculation Candidates
  • Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or its equivalent
  • A pass with credit in Bahasa Melayu/Bahasa Malaysia at SPM level or its equivalent
  • Pass in the Matriculation Examination of the Ministry of Education/University Malaya Science Foundation/Law Foundation of the Ministry of Higher Education with at least CGPA 2.00
  • Taken the Malaysian University English Test (MUET)
Diploma Candidates
  • A good result or pass in the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or its equivalent
  • A pass with credit in Bahasa Melayu/Bahasa Malaysia at the SPM level or its equivalent
  • Pass in the Diploma Certificate or its equivalent which has been recognised by the Malaysia Government and UUM Senate at least CGPA 2.00;
  • Taken the Malaysia University English Test (MUET)
STAM Candidates
  • Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or its equivalent
  • Credit in Bahasa Melayu/Bahasa Malaysia at SPM level or its equivalent
  • Sijil Tinggi Agama (STAM) at Jayyid level
  • Taken the Malaysian University English Test (MUET)
