1. LECTURER (Event Management / French Language)

2. COURSE CONSULTANT

Job Descriptions

  • Carry out marketing and sales activities such as participation in education fairs, provide counseling to potential students and parents, carry out talks and programs
  • Carry out telemarketing on daily basis as per the target given
  • Assist students’ in registration process
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with clients (students, trainees, parents, industries, government departments/agencies, sponsoring bodies, etc.
  • Provide input & ideas in the planning and implementation of marketing and sales strategies

Job Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least a professional Certificate, Diploma, Advance/Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Administration/Management, or equivalent
  2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  3. At least 1-3 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position

3. INTERNSHIP FOR IT / MULTIMEDIA / BUSINESS MANAGEMENT / MARKETING / STUDENT AFFAIRS / TESL

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/IT/Multimedia/Sport Sciences or equivalent.

Internship position(s) for duration of 6 month(s).

The standard operating procedures of our company for trainees are as follows:-

  1. Working hours: 8:00 am to 5.00 pm (five days per week)
  2. Holidays as Gazetted
  3. Allowance of RM400.00 per month
  4. Accommodation (sharing) provided

4. PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO CEO

Job Descriptions

  • Managing, organising and attending meetings/appointments
  • Compiling, preparing and submission of Exco reports to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Corporate Office
  • Prepare analysis report for the purpose of Management decision and reporting
  • Taking dictation and writing minutes for Senior Management Meeting
  • Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
  • Organising travel and preparing complex travel itineraries for CEO
  • Provide copy writing with a full range of editing, proofreading and translating in a style aligned towards the company’s brand direction suited for the education industry
  • Work closely with content development and creative designer to produce engaging content for extensive online (Facebook, Website & other social medias) & offline marketing collaterals

Job Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, with major in English Literature/Arts/Communication/Marketing/Journalism/Public Relation or equivalent
  2. Excellent proficiency in English is a must, good proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage
  3. Candidate with a good marketing background or education industry experience is also an added advantage
  4. At least 2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
