Documents need to be submitted during registration :
- 4 Copies of SPM slip
- 4 Copies of student's MYKAD & Birth Certificate
- 4 Copies of both parent's MYKAD & Birth Certificate
- 4 Copies of parent's pay slip
- 4 Copies of school certificate
- 4 passport sized photos
